3. How we use it

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

4. Auto-sync and connected accounts

5. Navio AI

Navio AI is powered by Anthropic, an AI provider. When you chat with Navio, your messages and relevant journal statistics (for example your win rate or recent results) are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. When Navio looks up live information, such as economic news, it uses a web search through the same provider. Under our agreement with Anthropic, this data is used to provide the service to us and not to train their models. Please don't share passwords or other sensitive personal information in the chat.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run TradeNavio, under appropriate agreements, and only as needed:

Our homepage shows a market ticker provided by TradingView. This provider can receive basic technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and TradeNavio.

7. Where data is stored

Our main database is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Some providers, such as Anthropic and Netlify, may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers' safeguards.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage for passwords and keys, strict database access rules so each member can only reach their own data, and limited internal access. No online service can be 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you notice anything unusual.

9. How long we keep it

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict certain uses. You can delete trades, chats and connected accounts yourself in the app. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email support@tradenavio.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Delete your account and data: email us from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We will remove your account, journal and connected-account data, except records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records). We aim to reply within 30 days.

11. Browser storage

TradeNavio uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme and language, and keep a copy of your journal on your device for speed. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics or marketing trackers.

Cookies and similar technologies. The storage described above is strictly necessary to run the service, so it does not need a consent banner. The one exception is the live price ticker on our home page, which is provided by TradingView. When your browser loads it, TradingView receives technical data such as your IP address and may use its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. The ticker is not used inside your signed-in journal.

12. Children

TradeNavio is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as TradeNavio changes. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

14. Contact
